At the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission (VGCCC), we are modernising how we regulate the gambling sector. Our risk-based approach focusses on building deep understanding of the key risks that impact community safety and the integrity and fairness of the gambling industry.
This position sits within the Information and Digital Enablement (IDE) Division which leads the delivery and support of the VGCCC's information and digital technology services. The division is responsible for technology infrastructure, records management, business systems, and cyber security, ensuring the security, integrity, and effective management of the Commission's systems and data

Our Prospect
The Salesforce Administrator partners with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver effective, user-focused solutions that support business objectives. Responsible for platform configuration, testing, release management and user support, the role drives the ongoing optimisation of Salesforce by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance automation and improve the overall user experience.
To be successful in this position you will have:
- Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline.
- Salesforce Admin (essential) and Developer Certifications (preferable)
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Ability to partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective solutions.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Experience driving business process improvements using Agile, SDLC and project management methodologies.
- Proven experience designing, developing and implementing Salesforce OmniStudio solutions, including configuration, data integration, scripting and custom coding.
