This is a hands on job running paintball games.

You need to be very flexible, responsible and reliable.

On call 7 days a week.

Your main days will be:

Thursday, Friday & Saturday 9am -4pm (may have to work later depending on games)

Sunday (3.5 hours min)

Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday (depending on game bookings)

24.5 hours up to 35 hour week.

We require an enthusiastic personality to keep players engaged, fun and organised. As a team player be able to motivate team, represent team, liason and guide team.

Have transparent and decisivie communication for safety breifings to large groups.

Ensure team and players follow strict safety protocols.

You need to be vigilant, authoritive and approachable to handle dispturbances and resolve disputes amicably.

Applicant should have active situational awareness to ensure fair play and unsafe mask removals are resolved quickly.

On-site training: first aid/cpr, gun safety course and gun repair training.

You would be joining a young, friendly and motivated team.

This position has room for promotion for the right candidate.

Pay: $32.18 – $45.05 per hour
