We are seeking a dedicated, reliable, enthusiastic and cool under pressure Cook with ability to learn other task in the cafe, to join our amazing team at a busy Cafe in Black Rock, VIC.
Your duties:
- Preparation of meals
- Ensuring all food preparation and service areas are kept clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Providing friendly and efficient customer service
- Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Operate kitchen equipment including oven, fryers and food processors
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all food preparation areas
- Store food correctly at required temperatures to ensure quality and prevent spoilage
- Assist with stocktakes and ordering of kitchen supplies
- Follow all food safety procedures
- Carrying out other duties as required to support the overall success of the cafe
Pay: $54,511.97 – $75,000.00 per year
