Position: Dishwasher / Kitchen HandLocation: Benvenuti Cucina e Pizzeria

About the Role

Benvenuti Cucina e Pizzeria is looking for a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our busy restaurant team. The role is responsible for keeping the kitchen, dishes and equipment clean and organised while supporting the kitchen team during service.

Key Responsibilities

- Wash, dry and put away plates, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans and kitchen equipment.
- Operate and maintain the commercial dishwasher safely.
- Keep the dishwashing area, kitchen floors and work areas clean and tidy.
- Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning and general kitchen duties when required.
- Empty bins and dispose of rubbish appropriately.
- Ensure dishes and equipment are cleaned and ready for service.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures.
- Help maintain a clean and organised kitchen throughout the shift.
- Work efficiently during busy lunch and dinner services.

- Willing to learn and take direction from senior staff.
- Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred but not essential.
