We are seeking an enthusiastic, friendly, highly motivated, and customer-focused Ticketing and Customer Experience to join our team.

As the first port of call for passengers travelling to MONA, you will provide ticketing services, travel information, and exceptional customer service from our Ticket Office at Brooke Street Pier. You will also be the first point of contact for all phone and email enquiries across our other operations for Encounter Maria Island, Derwent Ferries, and Port Arthur Cruises, supporting customers across our diverse range of tourism experiences.

Every journey begins at the ticket office, and you'll play a key role in ensuring every passenger receives a warm welcome and exceptional service before they even step aboard our amazing vessels. Your primary responsibilities will include selling tickets, assisting with bookings, responding to enquiries,



providing accurate information about our products and services, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional customer service from arrival through to departure.

The successful applicant will be confident communicating with a wide range of people, have a positive attitude, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be equally comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team while maintaining a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail.
