Your recent role
As the Cybersecurity Program Manager, you will lead the planning, coordination and delivery of cybersecurity projects within a broader uplift program. You will be responsible for managing project scope, schedules, risks, budgets and stakeholder engagement activities while ensuring successful delivery against agreed outcomes. Working closely with technical and business stakeholders, you will coordinate project teams, provide clear reporting to senior leaders, manage complex issues, and translate strategic cyber objectives into actionable project plans. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced cyber project professional who enjoys driving outcomes in complex environments.
What you'll need to succeed
- Demonstrated experience delivering cybersecurity projects or programs
- Strong project management, governance and reporting capabilities
- Experience managing project risks, issues and dependencies
- Ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders and technical teams
- Proven leadership experience coordinating cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience working within Federal Government environments is highly regarded
- Baseline security clearance or higher is required
