The Role Working alongside an experienced technical team and reporting to the Senior Mining Engineer, you'll play a key role in supporting underground production and development activities while contributing to the continued growth of the operation. Your responsibilities will include:

- Develop short-term mine plans and production schedules
- Prepare mine design and optimise mining methods
- Produce drill and blast design
- Monitor underground production against plans
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity and operational performance




- Support ventilation planning and operational activities
- Work closely with operational teams to safely achieve production targets
- Supporting continuous improvement and site-based projects

These responsibilities reflect the position's focus on mine planning, production scheduling, drill and blast design, ventilation support and operational improvement. About You To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A tertiary qualification in Mining Engineering
- A minimum of two years' post-graduate underground mining engineering experience
- Experience in underground mine planning and production activities
- Exposure to drill and blast design
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Current C Class Driver's License

The role is suited to engineers with at least two years' underground mining experience, supported by planning, design and communication skills. Unfortunately, visa sponsorship is not available for this position. What's on Offer
