About You
As the Structural Engineering Manager, you’ll have demonstrated ability to:

- Lead and grow the Sunshine Coast structural business
- Manage team performance, delivery standards and culture
- Influence strategy through direct access to Directors
- Drive financial performance and sustainable growth
- Shape recruitment, succession, and long-term capability

Skills and attributes

- Bachelors Degree in Structural Engineering
- Have CPEng, RPEQ or both
- >10 years Australian structural consulting experience
- Exp. in commercial, medium rise residential & Govt. buildings
- Ability to liaise with Clients and develop new business
- Experienced in structural analysis and design




- Commercially savvy with financial P&L; acumen
- Ability to manage an office, mentor and lead a team
- Champion a culture of fun and performance
