Up to $190,000 package, depending on experience.

The Opportunity
You'll be involved in:

- Managing and developing a portfolio of quality business clients
- Building trusted relationships with business owners and senior stakeholders
- Providing technically strong tax and business advisory advice
- Identifying tax planning and value-add opportunities
- Advising clients on commercial and strategic matters
- Reviewing financial statements, tax returns and advisory work




- Working directly with Partners on complex client matters
- Identifying opportunities to broaden client relationships
- Mentoring and developing accountants across the team
- Supporting business development and client growth

About You
We're interested in speaking with experienced public practice professionals who are ready for greater ownership, influence and responsibility.

You may currently be a:
Business Services Manager | Tax Manager | Business Advisory Manager | Senior Manager

You'll ideally have:

- Strong Australian public practice experience
- Significant Business Services and/or Tax experience
- Strong technical tax knowledge
- Experience managing and developing a client portfolio
- CA/CPA qualification
- Strong client relationship and communication skills
- Experience mentoring or leading accountants
- A commercial and advisory mindset
- Confidence working directly with Partners and business owners
