Due to continual growth, one of the most respected agricultural organisations in the region is going through a phase of infrastructure expansion. Due to this growth, they are seeking a temporary Accounts Payable to join their team.

Working closely with the accounting department, your main duties will include:

- Data entry of supplier invoices;
- Assisting with budget versus actual analysis;
- Supporting month-end financial reporting and end of year work;
- Producing batch payments and sending for approval;
- Reconciliations;
- Liaising with relevant suppliers and sub-contractors via telephone;
- Ensuring accuracy and maintaining a high level of attention to detail; and
- Provision of general accounting and compliance work as required.

Ideally, our client is looking for candidates who have demonstrated experience in an accounts environment. On a day-to-day basis, you will be working with the SAGE accounting system however, experience in this program is not required. You will however, have a high level of computer literacy as well as exceptional data entry skills.





Applicants from a rural background or who have an understanding of the agricultural industry will be highly regarded. Further to this, candidates would be expected to demonstrate a professional work ethic as well as a genuine dedication to the requirements of the role.
