Your Role
Working closely with the wider finance team, you will play a key role in supporting daily financial operations, month-end processes and reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Management of accounts receivable activities
- Assist with month-end reporting and balance sheet reconciliations
- Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Assist with BAS preparation and other statutory reporting requirements
- Prepare audit schedules and provide assistance throughout the audit process
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Collaborate with the wider finance team to support business objectives
- Provide general accounting and administrative support as required
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 1-2 years' experience in an accounting or finance position
- Sound understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience using accounting software and financial systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
