This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing government agency that is located in Canberra CBD.
Your new role
As the APS5 Videographer, you will play a key role in developing engaging visual and digital content that supports organisational communication objectives. You will be involved in the end-to-end production process, from content planning and asset management through to filming, photography, editing, publishing and file management.
- Producing video, photographic and content for digital channel
- Managing multimedia assets and maintaining file management system
- Planning and coordinating content shoots, including pre-production activities
- Capturing high-quality video and photography using DSLR equipment
- Editing video content and creating basic motion graphics
- Publishing content across a range of digital platforms
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop creative content solutions
- Ensuring all content aligns with organisational branding and communication goals
- Supporting multimedia production requirements,
including occasional interstate travel and out-of-hours work
What you'll need to succeed
- Baseline Clearance is required
- Experience with motion graphics and post-production workflows
- A passion for visual storytelling, production and editing
- Experience in a multimedia, video production, digital content or creative communications role
- Strong capability across the Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, After Effects and Lightroom
- Experience creating engaging video, photography and digital content from concept through to delivery
