About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, bilingual professional fluent in English and Chinese (written and verbal), with a refined understanding of luxury retail and jewellery. Key Responsibilities

- Own the store's performance, from sales and KPIs to visual merchandising and operational excellence

- Manage inventory, stock control, and reporting with precision

Skills & Experience

- Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese), both written and spoken

- Demonstrated experience in luxury jewellery retail.
