Your role

As our Learning Resource Development Officer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality training and assessment materials for a range of accredited and non-accredited programs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, purpose-driven setting and enjoys working on diverse and meaningful projects.

Key responsibilities

- Design and develop engaging, learner-focused training and assessment resources aligned with the RTO's scope of registration, with a strong focus on first aid.

- Maintain and update a national library of learning materials, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practice.

- Support validation activities and implement necessary resource updates.

- Collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and state and territory offices to gather feedback and communicate changes effectively.

- Collaborate on instructional design projects, including storyboarding and mapping out learner journeys.





- Support continuous improvement processes by engaging stakeholders and collecting feedback.

- Liaise with state and territory offices, subject matter experts, and trainers to ensure high-quality content delivery.

- Provide administrative and compliance support as needed

- Ability to travel interstate for training and operational support.

Your experience

- Proven experience in developing educational or training resources with a learner-centric approach.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and collaborate effectively.

- A meticulous eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.

- Strong organisational and time management skills.

- Confidence working independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

- Experience with blended learning, adult education methodologies, and stakeholder engagement is highly desirable.

- Exposure to instructional design practices such as storyboarding or digital content mapping (beneficial but not essential).

Qualifications /Licences

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent),

- Current Driver's Licence

- Working with Children Check

- National Police Check

- Australian Right to Work Check
