CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

Norde Homes specialise in energy efficient custom homes built to perform. We're looking for an experienced Construction Supervisor to join our close-knit team and oversee a portfolio of homes across Perth's central suburbs. About Norde Homes

Building homes in Perth for over 15 years, we combine passive solar design, Passive House principles and personalised construction techniques to create homes that feel better to live in and work with the environment instead of against it.

You’ll be joining an experienced, down-to-earth team led by our Managing Director. Building quality homes is serious work, but we believe enjoying what we do and sharing a laugh along the way is just as important. We take a collaborative approach to continuous improvement and invest in systems and processes to ensure you have the tools to do your job well.

The Role

You’ll oversee the construction of custom residential homes from slab through to handover and maintenance, taking ownership of each project and ensuring every detail meets the high standards we are known for.

Key responsibilities:

- Coordinate trades, suppliers and construction schedules

- Ensure all work aligns with plans, specifications, and building standards

- Deliver homes safely, on programme and to a high standard

- Build strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers

- Identify construction issues early and implement practical solutions





- Monitor budgets and variations

- Partner with our Client Liaison to deliver a positive client experience

- Contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives and help shape the continued development of the role

About You:

- Recent Construction Supervisor experience within WA Residential Building industry

- Australian work rights (citizenship or permanent residency)

- Current C Class Drives License and White Card (mandatory)

- Ability to interpret building plans and specifications with understanding of relevant legislations, standards, and codes

- Robust time management and organisation skills

- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to challenges on site

- Openness to learning and drive for continuous improvement

- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with digital systems, including Microsoft Office and project management software
