Client:
Australian environmental engineering and services company. Specializing in remediation, water treatment, and hazardous waste management.

Start time:
Monday - Friday, minimum 8 hrs a day (6:30 AM - 3:00 PM), chance for OT available
Weekend shift roster available (1-2 hours work, paid a minimum of 4 hours at penalty rates)

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct preventative and reactive maintenance on pumps, motors, valves, pipework, filtration and dosing systems
- Maintain pool plant equipment and monitor water treatment systems
- Assist with maintaining compliant chemical levels across site infrastructure
- Troubleshoot mechanical faults and perform repairs as required
- Support PFAS treatment and remediation infrastructure operations
- Complete inspections, servicing records, and maintenance documentation
- Work safely in accordance with Defence, Downer and EnviroPacific procedures
- Collaborate with site supervisors, operators, and subcontractors

Qualifications:

- Experience within water treatment, utilities,



industrial maintenance or environmental services preferred
- Experience working with pumps, pipe systems, filtration and chemical dosing equipment
- Ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical faults efficiently
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance
- White Card required
- Confined Space and Working at Heights tickets advantageous
- Can pass a National Police Check
- Can pass Pre Employment Medical + D&A; tests
- Defence site experience highly regarded
- Hard copy of Driver's Licence is a must onsite entry pass requirement
