At MoveWell Collective, we don't believe great healthcare happens in silos.

We're an established multidisciplinary allied health clinic bringing together Chiropractic, Remedial Massage, Dietetics, Acupuncture and Reformer Pilates - and we're now looking for an exceptional Podiatrist to join our team.

We're offering a part-time position initially, with a genuine pathway to full-time as your caseload grows.

You'll have the autonomy to assess, diagnose and manage your patients using your professional judgement and evidence-based practice, with a supportive team around you when collaboration is beneficial.

? A genuine pathway to full-time

We're starting this position part-time intentionally.

As your caseload develops, there is a genuine opportunity to transition into full-time employment.





We'll work with the right person to build the role around sustainable growth rather than expecting you to walk in with a completely full diary on day one.

The role

You'll be responsible for:

- Conducting comprehensive podiatry assessments

- Developing individualised treatment and management plans

- Providing evidence-based podiatry care

- Managing a wide-ranging patient caseload

- Educating patients and helping them understand their condition and treatment

- Building strong, long-term patient relationships

- Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team where appropriate

- Developing your own clinical interests and areas of expertise

- Contributing to the culture and continued growth of MoveWell Collective

Who we're looking for

You'll ideally be:

- AHPRA registered as a Podiatrist

- Passionate about patient outcomes

- A confident and engaging communicator

- Clinically capable and committed to evidence-based practice

- Proactive, reliable and professional

- Comfortable working independently

- A genuine team player

- Interested in continuing to learn and develop

- Looking to build something long-term

Experienced Podiatrists are encouraged to apply, but we are also open to clinicians earlier in their careers who have the right attitude and ambition.
