We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised Services Administrator to support our NSW and ACT Professional Services business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys financial administration and stakeholder engagement, and thrives in agile, project environments.
You'll join a collaborative national team where knowledge sharing and support are highly valued. Working closely with project leaders and internal teams, you'll play a critical role in keeping projects moving, invoices flowing and business operations running smoothly.
In this role you will:
- Manage project and services administration activities across the Services business
- Create and maintain project records, purchase orders and invoicing documentation
- Process timesheets, expenses and financial transactions accurately
- Support monthly invoicing, reporting and reconciliation activities
- Liaise with sales, project teams and stakeholders to ensure information is complete and accurate
- Monitor project administration processes and identify discrepancies before they become issues
About you
- Experience in project administration, service administration, financial administration or a similar role
- Strong understanding of invoicing, purchase orders, reconciliations and financial processes
- Advanced attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve issues proactively
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data and reporting
- Comfortable working with stakeholders at all levels and confidently following up when information is missing
