About the role
We are looking for a new Manager for WildNets Port Macquarie. Full time position (76 hour fortnight) with regular work on weekends, public and school holidays.
Responsibilities include ensuring and improving;
- the performance and profitability of site operations;
- a productive and cohesive team work environment;
- staff training and recruitment;
- staff and customer satisfaction;
- Event planning and management; and
- site safety,
through your day-to-day hands on leadership and management actions.
You will report directly to the Company’s Owners and have a responsibility for developing positive working relationships with all other team members as well as customers and suppliers.

Skills and experience
- Leadership - management and team leadership is essential
- Passion - for sharing great experiences in the natural environment
- Customer Service - proven experience in delivering top customer service
- Safety - excellent ability to maintain focus on safety and remain calm under stressful circumstances
- Physically and Mentally Fit and capable of working at heights and managing stressful situations. Must be able to personally participate and successfully complete each high ropes experience.
- First Aid - current First Aid certificate is required
- Working With Children Check - also required
