Hays Trades & Labour is proud to be partnering with a well-established grounds maintenance contractor delivering open space, parks and streetscape maintenance services across Melbourne's northern suburbs. Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced Mowing Crew Members to join their team based in Epping.

Your new role

Working as part of a dedicated mowing crew, you will be responsible for maintaining parks, reserves, roadsides and open spaces to a high standard.

Your duties will include:

- Operating ride-on mowers and zero-turn mowers
- Brush cutting and edging
- General gardening and grounds maintenance
- Leaf blowing and litter collection
- Assisting with daily maintenance of equipment
- Working safely as part of a team across multiple sites

This is a Monday to Friday position offering ongoing work with the opportunity to transition to a permanent role following a successful 4-month probation period.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered for this role, you will have:





- Previous experience in parks and gardens, commercial gardening or grounds maintenance
- Robust ride-on mower experience
- Experience using brush cutters, blowers and other gardening equipment
- A current Victorian Driver's Licence
- Reliable transport
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
- A commitment to safe work practices
