Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Graduate Engineer (Design) to join our dynamic team in Norwest. This role is ideally suited to a recent engineering graduate or someone with up to one year of relevant industry experience who is looking to build a successful career in design engineering. As a Graduate Engineer, you will work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to innovative engineering projects, and gain hands-on experience supporting the design and development of engineering solutions. Responsibilities:

- Assist in the design and development of engineering projects under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Conduct research and analysis to support design decisions and project specifications.
- Prepare technical documentation, including design reports and specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions.
- Support the testing and evaluation of engineering designs and prototypes.




- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in an engineering role, preferably in design, through internships or academic projects.
- Proficiency in engineering design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
