Senior Asset Finance Broker

Gold Coast | Predominantly Remote Initially | $100,000–$120,000 Base + Super + Commission

About the role

Lendco Finance Group is looking for a gun Asset Finance Broker to join our growing team on the Gold Coast.

We’re a fast-moving finance business with a strong focus on relationships, great customer outcomes and building a business that good people genuinely enjoy being part of.

This is a full-time PAYG role offering a base salary of $100,000–$120,000 plus superannuation, with a performance-based commission structure paid on top.

We’re looking for someone who can confidently manage their own deals from enquiry through to settlement, while also being commercially minded and comfortable generating new business.

That means building referral relationships, meeting customers, networking, following up opportunities and undertaking some outbound and cold outreach where required.

The role will be predominantly remote initially, with some in-person meetings and catch-ups on the Gold Coast. As the business continues to grow, we expect to establish a Gold Coast office and transition toward a more collaborative in-person environment.

Key responsibilities

- Manage asset and business finance applications from enquiry through to settlement

- Meet with customers to understand their finance requirements and structure suitable lending solutions

- Prepare and submit high-quality applications to lenders

- Manage your pipeline and keep customers updated throughout the process

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing referral partners

- Proactively identify and develop new referral partnerships

- Attend meetings with customers, referral partners and industry contacts





- Conduct outbound prospecting and cold outreach to generate new opportunities

- Follow up leads and actively build your own pipeline

- Maintain strong relationships with lenders and stay across lender policy and pricing

- Negotiate suitable finance outcomes for customers

- Maintain accurate CRM records and supporting documentation

- Ensure applications meet lender and compliance requirements

- Meet monthly revenue targets and contribute to the continued growth of Lendco

What we’re looking for

- An experienced Asset Finance Broker

- Strong knowledge of vehicle, equipment, commercial and business lending

- Experience working with a broad panel of lenders

- Strong application structuring and deal presentation skills

- Excellent communication and relationship-building ability

- Comfortable meeting customers and referral partners face-to-face

- Confident with networking, business development and building recent referral relationships

- Willing to undertake outbound prospecting and cold outreach

- Commercially minded and motivated to actively grow a book

- Strong organisation and pipeline management skills

- Self-motivated and proactive

- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

- A strong focus on customer service and long-term relationships
