The Opportunity

As our valued Receptionist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, playing a key role in delivering a seamless, positive, and welcoming experience.

This is a part-time opportunity offering a minimum of 14 hours per week.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- Greeting clients and managing front desk operations.

- Scheduling appointments and managing bookings.

- Handling phone and email enquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

- Processing payments and maintaining accurate patient records.





- Supporting our team of physiotherapists and allied health professionals with administrative tasks.​

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for an experienced, highly organised reception or administration professional who delivers exceptional customer service and builds genuine client relationships. You’ll be a quick learner, confident with new systems, accurate with invoicing and accounts, and naturally solution-focused.
