We're partnering with a well-established Australian organisation operating across a large, geographically dispersed workforce in a complex heavy industry environment. Supporting operations across multiple regional and remote sites, the business is recognised for its commitment to safety, operational excellence and continuous improvement. The business is now looking for a HR Coordinator who will play a pivotal role in supporting People & Culture operations across a diverse national workforce.

About the Role

Reporting to a Senior HRBP, you'll be responsible for coordinating end-to-end HR administration from onboarding through to offboarding, while ensuring employee records, workforce data and HR systems remain accurate, compliant and up to date. You'll become a key point of contact for employees and leaders, supporting HR processes and helping deliver an exceptional employee experience.

You'll also have the opportunity to:

- Coordinate employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, employment changes and terminations.
- Maintain HRIS and workforce data with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Support payroll through accurate people data and reporting.
- Assist with visa and work rights administration.
- Contribute to HR systems enhancements, process improvements and documentation.
- Prepare workforce reporting and assist with audits and compliance activities.




- Partner with stakeholders across the business to provide responsive HR support.

About You
You'll be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with systems and data, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.

You'll ideally bring:

- Previous experience in an HR Coordinator, HR Administrator or People Operations role.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Confidence using HRIS platforms (Workday experience highly regarded).
- Experience maintaining confidential employee records and workforce data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy.
- A proactive mindset with a genuine passion for improving processes.
