About the Role As Centre Director, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the service while creating a positive environment for children, families and educators. You'll lead by example, support your team to thrive, and ensure the service maintains high standards of education and care.
Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor and develop a dedicated team of educators
- Build solid relationships with children, families and the local community
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and relevant regulations
- Manage occupancy, enrolments and service operations
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and quality practice

About You




- Experienced Centre Director or an Assistant Director ready for the next step
- Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework, EYLF and Child Safe Standards
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Relevant Early Childhood qualification and current Working With Children Check
- Diploma or Bachelor qualified
