What You Can Earn

$100,000–$130,000 P.A. + Uncapped Commissions

We offer a strong base salary alongside an uncapped commission structure, giving high performers the opportunity to significantly increase their earnings.

About the Role

As an Entry-Level Sales Representative, you will:

- Represent leading Australian brands through face-to-face sales campaigns.

- Build genuine relationships with new customers every day.

- Work across events, expos, B2B, B2C, residential and gala campaigns.

- Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs.

- Attend daily sales and leadership training.

- Develop valuable communication, leadership and business skills.

- Work alongside a supportive, high-performing team.
