About AFT Fire Protection

Established in 1998, AFT Fire Protection is a leading provider of fire protection services across New South Wales. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a highly organised and motivated Compliance Administrator to join our team.

This is a full-time position within a supportive and professional environment, offering long-term career opportunities and ongoing training.

About the Role

Reporting to the Compliance Manager, you will play a critical role in managing fire compliance administration and coordinating scheduled maintenance activities. You will work closely with clients, technicians, account managers and internal departments to ensure compliance obligations are met and documentation is processed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Process annual and six-monthly compliance inspections

- Review inspection reports and ensure tasks are completed accurately

- Prepare quotations for identified deficiencies and recommended works

- Process minor works invoices and supporting documentation

- Coordinate client communications

- Compile and distribute compliance reports and documentation

- Maintain accurate records within Uptick CRM

- Monitor and respond to compliance enquiries

- Assist with Annual Fire Safety Statements (AFSS) administration





- Support internal teams with reporting, compliance documentation, and client requests

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous administration experience

- Exceptional organisational and time management skills

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

- A structured and analytical approach to work

- The ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team environment

Desirable but Not Essential

- Experience in the Fire Protection industry

- Experience with Uptick CRM

- Knowledge of compliance-based administration or service coordination

- Familiarity with Annual Fire Safety Statements (AFSS)
