HVAC Project Manager - Major Projects

The Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to join a growing and highly regarded mechanical contractor delivering some of Australia's most exciting major projects.

This is an opportunity to work alongside Tier 1 builders on unique, high-profile projects across sectors including data centres, hospitals, major commercial developments and other complex infrastructure projects.

The Role

As an HVAC Project Manager, you will take ownership of major mechanical projects from planning through to completion, working closely with clients, builders, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing HVAC projects from pre-construction through to completion
- Leading project planning, programming and delivery
- Managing project budgets, costs, variations and commercial outcomes
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, consultants and site teams
- Working closely with Tier 1 builders and key project stakeholders
- Managing project documentation, procurement and reporting
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard
- Managing technical and commercial issues throughout the project lifecycle
- Leading and developing project teams
- Building strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders

You'll have the chance to work on major and technically complex projects, including:

- Data centres
- Hospitals and healthcare
- Major commercial developments




- Government projects
- High-rise and large-scale developments
- Other unique and technically challenging projects

About You

We're looking for an experienced HVAC Project Manager who has a strong understanding of mechanical services and the ability to confidently manage complex projects.
