Outbound Sales Consultant – Real Estate

Wealth For Life is looking for a driven, hungry and highly coachable Outbound Sales Consultant to join our team.

This is a high-performance sales role suited to someone who wants to develop their sales ability, enjoys working toward clear targets and is motivated by achieving results and earning performance-based rewards.

You’ll be speaking with mostly warm leads, building rapport, asking effective questions and identifying opportunities to book qualified prospects into Discovery Meetings with our Property Advisors.

What you'll be doing

- Making 100–150 outbound calls per day, primarily to warm leads.

- Having approximately 15–20 genuine conversations each day.

- Building rapport and asking effective questions to understand each prospect’s circumstances.

- Booking 15 qualified Discovery Meetings per week.

- Following up with prospects to confirm attendance and maximise kept appointments.

- Participating in daily coaching, call reviews, role-plays and structured sales training.

- Consistently working toward individual activity and performance targets.

This is a role where your activity, skills and results matter. You’ll be expected to maintain energy and focus throughout the day, handle rejection professionally and continue improving through feedback and repetition.
