The opportunity:

We're hiring Casual and Full Time DIDO (Drive in / Drive out) experienced Housekeeping utility workers from Emerald region and nearby suburbs on a 2/1 roster:

- Complete team activities to deliver a welcoming, comfortable, and positive experience for village residents.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture through effective communication and leadership.
- Support a diverse team to deliver exceptional service across village operations.
- Provide guidance, feedback, and on-the-job coaching to support team development and continuous improvement.
- Promote a customer-focused approach, ensuring resident expectations are consistently met and exceeded.
- Uphold safety, cleanliness, and operational efficiency in all areas of responsibility.

What you hold:

- A minimum of two years of experience in high-volume, high turnover housekeeping
- Mining Industry experience is desired
- Unrestricted work rights in Australia
- Must have a valid police check issued within the last 12 months or be willing to obtain one.
- Must pass a Queensland Coal Board Medical including Functional Assessment and Drug and Alcohol clearance
- Standard 11 surface mining induction or willing to obtain.
- Driver's License/ Photo ID required




- Must have reliable means of transportation to and from site
- First Aide Certificate (desired).
- Demonstrate a proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills to ensure smooth operations.
