Our products reach thousands of retail partners across Australia and Current Zealand, and our Truganina distribution centre is the engine room that gets them there. Accurate inventory is central to getting it right, and this role owns it.

About the role

Reporting to the DC Operations Manager, the Inventory Supervisor is responsible for inventory accuracy across the distribution centre: stock control, cycle counts, discrepancy resolution and inventory and WMS data integrity. You will run the cycle count and stocktake programs, keep the numbers clean across multiple systems, and give the operations team the confidence that what the system says is what is on the shelf.

This is a role for someone who takes real pride in accuracy and detail, and who is comfortable working alongside Team Leaders and the wider optimisation team on stock movement decisions.

What you will do

- Run the cycle count program and periodic stocktake process across the DC, with final sign off from a senior leader.
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
- Maintain inventory integrity across multiple systems, including the warehouse management system (WMS) and Microsoft AX.




- Oversee stock receipt and put away accuracy.
- Monitor and report on stock accuracy, aged stock and shrinkage.
- Contribute to DC optimisation, with a focus on pick path and stock placement to support picking efficiency.
- Monitor and process returns in conjunction with the Customer Service Manager.
- Oversee and support the Inventory team member, and flex across warehouse functions where required to meet demand.

What you will bring

- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience with WMS and cycle count methodology is advantageous.
- Confidence working alongside Team Leaders and the wider optimisation team on stock movement decisions.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A current forklift licence and high level (reach or order picker) licence. Multi skilling is part of this role, and licensed equipment is only operated with the relevant licence.
