Description

Reporting to the Head of Sales, the National Account Manager will support Bunjie's growth across grocery, pharmacy and specialty retail customers.

The role will involve exposure to, and working with, customers such as Chemist Warehouse, Coles, Woolworths, Baby Bunting, Big W, Priceline, Metcash, Target, Costco and independent pharmacy groups.

Key responsibilities will include:

· Building and maintaining strong relationships with retail customers, buyers, category managers and internal stakeholders.

· Supporting and managing customer activity across NPD launches, pricing, promotions, forecasting and reporting.

· Assisting with range reviews, supplier submissions, customer portals,



promotional planning and new line setup.

· Monitoring promotional performance and identifying opportunities to maximise sales.

· Working closely with the Head of Sales and broader team to support customer meetings, range reviews and growth initiatives.

· Managing multiple priorities across different customers in a fast-paced environment.

· Using sales data, scan data and reporting tools to support commercial decision-making.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have experience across grocery, pharmacy, specialty retail, FMCG, consumer goods, baby, personal care or skincare.

They will bring:

· Key account management experience across grocery, pharmacy and/or specialty retail.

· Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to engage confidently with customers and internal teams.

· Experience working with major retailers, pharmacy groups or consumer goods customers.

· Exposure to range reviews, promotional planning, pricing, forecasting and sales reporting.

· Strong commercial acumen and a track record of achieving sales budgets and growth.

· High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

· The ability to work at pace, manage ambiguity and thrive in a growing business.

· Proficiency across Microsoft Office and Excel, with Canva experience advantageous.
