An established and growing WA commercial builder is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join its team in Perth.

This is an opportunity to work for a well-regarded, founder-led builder delivering interesting commercial and government projects up to $50m. With no apartments or repetitive warehouse developments, the business offers genuine variety across construction and refurbishment projects.

The company has built a strong reputation for delivering quality projects while maintaining a collaborative, down-to-earth culture. With around 40 employees, there are fewer layers of management, allowing Project Managers greater ownership and quicker decision-making.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of commercial construction and refurbishment projects from start to finish.

You will work closely with the client, consultants, subcontractors and internal project team, with a strong focus on programme, cost, quality and overall project delivery.

Projects are delivered across D&C;, ECI and Construct Only models and can range up to $50m in value.

About You

You will ideally have:

- Previous experience as a Project Manager within commercial construction

- BSc Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar tertiary qualification

- Experience delivering commercial construction projects through to completion

- Strong commercial and contractual understanding

- The ability to manage clients, consultants, subcontractors and project teams effectively

- Strong communication and organisational skills

- A proactive, hands-on approach to project delivery
