HR Advisor – Mining

Highgrade Personnel Pty Ltd is partnering with an ASX-listed Western Australian gold producer to appoint an experienced HR Advisor to join their growing team.

About the Role

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing day-to-day HR advice and support to operational leaders and employees.

- Building strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders across the business.

- Supporting employee relations matters, including performance management, conduct and workplace issues.

- Assisting with recruitment, onboarding and employment lifecycle activities.

- Preparing employment documentation, correspondence and HR documentation.

- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems.

- Supporting HR reporting and workforce data requirements.

- Assisting with the implementation of HR initiatives, policies and processes.

- Providing hands-on HR support across operational sites as required.

- Contributing to a positive, respectful and high-performing workplace culture.

About You

You will be an experienced HR professional who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced operational environment and enjoys working collaboratively with leaders and employees.

To be successful, you will have:

- Previous experience in an HR Advisor or similar HR role.

- Experience within the mining/resources sector is highly regarded.





- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business or a related discipline.

- Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation, the National Employment Standards and up-to-date awards.

- Strong HR administration and employment documentation skills.

- Experience supporting employee relations, recruitment and performance management processes.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.

- Confidence working with Microsoft Office and workforce reporting tools.

- The ability and willingness to travel to operational sites on a regular basis.
