ABOUT THE POSITION

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will work across multiple commercial fitout and refurbishment projects from early design stages through to handover. This is a role with real responsibility from day one. You will manage subcontractors, handle variations, control costs and liaise directly with clients and the project team to make sure every project lands on time and to a high standard. For the right person, the pathway to Project Manager is clear and fast.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- Experience as a CA, JCA, JPM or similar within commercial construction
- Background in commercial fitout and refurbishment
- Strong communicator at client,



team and subcontractor level
- Tertiary or trade qualification in a building related discipline
- Solid and stable work history with previous employers
- Familiarity with construction software and Microsoft Excel
