Your key areas of responsibility include:

· Lead the day-to-day operations of the medical centre

· Coach, mentor and develop a high-performing support team

· Manage rostering, workflow, patient coordination and centre presentation

· Support practitioners to deliver exceptional patient care and efficient clinical operations

· Monitor and influence key financial and operational performance measures

· Build a positive team culture focused on collaboration and continuous improvement

What we’re looking for:

· Experience in a Centre Manager, Practice Manager or similar leadership role

· Strong operational experience including rostering, workflow and patient coordination





· Experience leading and developing teams to achieve great outcomes

· Confidence managing centre performance and driving continuous improvement

· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

· A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences

· Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft 365

· Excellent financial management and budgeting skills

· Familiarity with Medicare, DVA, Workcover billings preferred

· Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills
