We're looking for Graduate Electrical Engineers who are passionate about learning, problem-solving, and contributing to a more sustainable, reliable energy network for the future.

About The Role
We currently have exciting opportunities for motivated, recent graduates to join us as Graduate Electrical Engineers.

You'll work alongside experienced engineers and designers on projects spanning:

- Transmission and distribution powerlines and cables
- Substation design up to 500kV
- Renewable generation and energy storage systems
- Protection, SCADA, and communications design
- Earthing, high-voltage, and low-voltage design packages

You'll gain exposure to the full project lifecycle, from concept and feasibility through to detailed design, verification, and construction support.
Our Graduate Program includes:

About You
To be successful in this role, you will:

- Be a recent graduate or in your final year of study in Engineering (preferably Electrical, Mechanical or Civil/Structural).
- Be able to manage multiple projects concurrently, including some with short delivery timeframes.
- Have a keen eye for detail and a focus on quality and performance.
- Demonstrate clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality technical reports.
- Be willing to attend site from time to time for data collection, asset assessments, inspections, and commissioning support.
- Have a high level of IT proficiency and technical literacy.
