About the role
As the College continues to grow its advancement program, we are seeking an exceptional relationship builder to help strengthen fundraising, alumni engagement and donor relationships.
Reporting to the Principal, you will:
- build and maintain meaningful relationships with alumni, donors and prospective supporters
- identify and cultivate major gift and bequest opportunities
- prepare donor proposals, correspondence and fundraising communications
- coordinate the College's annual giving campaign
- maintain donor records and an active fundraising pipeline
- work closely with the Principal to grow philanthropic support for Jane.
This role offers variety, autonomy and the prospect to see the direct impact of your work.
About you
You enjoy meeting people,
building trusted relationships and helping others support a cause they believe in.
You may already work in fundraising, or your experience may come from relationship management, business development, client services, sales, higher education, community engagement or another role where building long-term relationships is central to your success.
Most importantly, you are someone who is:
- an exceptional communicator and relationship builder
- confident engaging with a wide range of people
- comfortable making a compelling case for support and asking for financial contributions
- highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
- professional, discreet and committed to delivering an outstanding experience for donors and supporters.
Previous fundraising experience is desirable but not essential.
