- Join the team at our 129-bed Lake Cathie aged care home
- Choice to work part-time or full-time with predominantly morning and afternoon shifts available
- Positions available for Personal Care Workers & Medication Competent Personal Care Workers
- Assist residents with activities of daily living
- Develop positive relationships and deliver excellent customer service to facilitate a pleasant home setting
- Complete comprehensive progress notes that accurately reflect residents’ care
- Collaborate with Nurses and other staff to deliver holistic, person-centred care

What you’ll need to succeed

- Proven track record as a Personal Care Worker in residential aged care
- Flexible, reliable and available to work a variety of shifts
- Personable, respectful, and with strong communication and customer service skills
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain)
- Working rights in Australia is essential (sponsorship is not available)
