- Loves people and genuinely enjoys creating memorable guest experiences.
- Knows how to motivate, support and bring out the best in a team.
- Is a confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
- Has a positive, can-do attitude and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.
- Can think on their feet, embrace challenges and stay calm under pressure.
- Has previous leadership experience in hospitality, food, retail or a similar rapid-paced workplace.
- Is ambitious, eager to learn and excited about building a career with a growing brand.
