Required Skills & Experience

- Demonstrated hands-on experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong JavaScript and Glide API scripting skills.
- Experience with Flow Designer, Workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes.
- Experience designing and supporting ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, or MID Server.
- Good understanding of the ServiceNow data model and ITSM processes.
- Experience working within Agile or hybrid project delivery environments.
- Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
