The Company

Our client is a leading organisation within the Financial Services sector - With significant investment in digital transformation, cloud adoption and platform modernisation, they continue to enhance customer experiences while maintaining the highest standards of security, compliance and operational excellence

The Role

As a result of ongoing investment in technology modernisation and infrastructure automation, our client is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer with strong Puppet expertise to join a high-performing engineering team.

You will play a key role in automating infrastructure, improving deployment pipelines, enhancing system reliability and supporting critical enterprise applications. Working closely with development, operations and security teams, you will help drive DevOps best practices and continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.

Australian Citizenship is required for this opportunity

Requirements

Essential

- Strong commercial experience as a DevOps Engineer
- Advanced Puppet development and administration experience
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI or Azure DevOps
- Strong Linux/Unix administration skills




- Infrastructure as Code experience
- Scripting experience using Python, Bash or similar

Ideal

- Exposure to AWS, Azure or GCP
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Understanding of security, compliance and governance requirements in regulated environments
