About the Role

Working at Vinnies is about more than retail—every purchase helps fund vital services that support people experiencing homelessness, financial hardship, and other challenges.

As an Assistant Retail Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the store, leading by example and creating a positive experience for customers, volunteers, and team members. You'll oversee our busy Donation Area, ensuring donations are processed efficiently and safely while supporting and developing your team. You'll also step into store leadership when the Store Manager is away, helping to keep the store running smoothly and successfully. If you're a hands-on leader who enjoys working alongside your team and tackling current challenges, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a permanent, full-time role with working days across weekdays and weekends.

About You

You're an energetic, hands-on leader with experience in retail, customer service, or a similar fast-paced environment. You enjoy working with people, motivating a team, and creating a positive workplace where everyone feels valued and supported. Organised, adaptable, and customer-focused, you’re passionate about sustainability and love the excitement of discovering hidden gems among pre-loved donations. What We Offer

- Enterprise Agreement Classification Level 2 – $31.21 per hour plus weekend penalty rates




- 15% Superannuation plus salary packaging option up to $15,900 per FBT year, with an additional Meals and Entertainment package available up to $2,650 per FBT year
