- We are currently seeking talent across multiple experience levels-ranging from Cloud Support Analysts to Mid-Level and Senior Cloud Engineers-to manage, optimise, and secure complex enterprise cloud environments.

Role & Responsibilities

- Design, Support & Maintenance: Manage, monitor, and optimise multi-cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and cost efficiency across all tiers.
- Incident & Problem Management: Provide L1 help desk triage through to complex L2/L3 escalation support, performing root-cause analysis and proactive issue resolution to minimise downtime.
- Automation & Infrastructure as Code: Automate cloud deployments and operational workflows.
- Security & Compliance: Implement and maintain robust cloud security controls and ensure alignment with industry frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2).
- Stakeholder Engagement:



Collaborate closely with internal multidisciplinary teams and government clients to deliver tailored cloud solutions and continuous process improvements.

Skills & Experience

To be successful in one of these positions, you will ideally bring:

- Technical Toolkit: Strong hands-on experience and or certifications in Microsoft Azure, AWS, GCP, Microsoft 365. Practical experience with IaC and scripting tools is highly regarded for engineering roles.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in cloud help desk / managed services for entry/mid-tier roles, through to extensive senior-level experience designing, managing, and troubleshooting complex cloud ecosystems.
- Core Capabilities: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.

Eligibility & Clearance Requirements

- Security Clearance: Due to the nature of this environment, candidates must hold a current NV1 or NV2 security clearance
