Based in a vibrant and beautiful part of Melbourne's Inner CBD (South Yarra / Armadale Area), this role will join a great team and look after a very clean, high end portfolio.

This role will oversee a portfolio of 150 local properties with lots of leasing and administration support. Reporting to the Head of Property Management, the company have excellent procedures and policies in place, located within beautiful, corporate offices.

The position of Senior Property Manager will be taking over from a long term staff member, who has kept the portfolio in beautiful condition and has excellent relationships with her Tenants and Landlords. The company allows their property managers to demonstrate and work autonomously, while being part of a great team with a lof of support.
