About Grill Americano Sydney:
Following the success of the Flinders Lane original, this new outpost of our opulent Venetian-style steakhouse makes its home in one of the city’s most significant architectural icons. Reimagining the Grill Americano concept especially for Sydney, the restaurant is a vision of grandeur and glamour, showcasing a lauded wine program, and ever-evolving menus centred around the kitchen’s prized wood oven and Josper grill.

We’re looking for people who have:

- Section waitstaff experience in an a la carte restaurant
- Ability to carry 3 plates
- Passion for delivering outstanding service and a drive to succeed
- Robust work ethic, attention to detail, and time management skills
- Outgoing personality and genuine interest in hospitality
- RSA (NSW) or ability to obtain one
