About the role

Our Electrical Team is looking for a Graduate Electrical Engineer to join our team based in Silverater, working on exciting projects, learning from experienced engineers, and making a real impact from day one.

This is a full-time role that will enable you to apply your electrical engineering knowledge and skills to contribute to the success of our growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

- Assist in the design, development and testing of creative systems and products.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex engineering challenges.

- Conduct research, perform analyses and prepare technical reports and presentations.

- Support the implementation and maintenance of engineering processes and procedures.

- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements to continuously improve our engineering capabilities.

What You'll Do

As an Engineering Graduate in our business, you'll:

- Apply engineering fundamentals including design calculations, root cause analysis, reliability improvements, and maintenance strategies





- Gain hands-on experience across project lifecycles, from scope definition and detailed design to construction and commissioning

- Support delivery teams on live projects and contribute to real outcomes

- Develop professional skills that set you up for long-term career success
