Help Shape Futures at C&K; Mackay Children and Family Centre
Join C&K; Mackay Children and Family Centre as a Trainee Educator where you will be supported to gain a recognised qualification whilst receiving hands-on practical experience. This is an prospect to be guided by experienced mentors who are committed to helping you grow and where you can build an impactful career in the early childhood sector. We believe in nurturing not just the children in our care, but also our educators, providing clear pathways for career advancement and professional development.
- Permanent Full-time contract for 12 months.
- Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day, rostered between 7am and 5.30pm.
- Study a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care over 12 months and earn while you learn.

We strongly uphold our child safety policies and procedures. To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have:
- A willingness to commence studying a certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
- Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
- A Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).
- Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander, or demonstrate cultural competence and the ability to effectively engage with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities
