We are looking for an experienced Operator from Sydney City to consider a temporary relocation for a 12 month contract in Central Queensland.

What you'll do

- Lead catering and hospitality operations for rapid food outlets and cafes in Central Queensland

- Build strong relationships with clients and operational stakeholders to deliver outstanding service outcomes

- Drive operational performance, service excellence, and client satisfaction across all sites

- Drive financial performance through effective labour management, cost control and resource planning

- Coach, mentor, and develop site leaders and frontline teams to achieve operational success

- Ensure compliance with food safety, quality and safety, health & environment





- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across service delivery, customer experience and operational performance

About you

- Experience leading food service, hospitality, catering or operational teams within fast food environments

- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and support high-performing teams

- Commercial acumen including budgeting, labour management and cost control

- Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills

- Qualifications in Commercial Cookery, Hospitality, Business or a related discipline will be highly regarded
