Creative Childcare is a locally owned centre, founded in 2016 by a group of passionate parents. We offer quality early education in a fun and creative setting.

Creative Childcare Hamilton are seeking an experienced, passionate and enthusiastic nominated supervisor to manage our 96 place centre. Working closely with our Operations Director and the leadership team across our other two centres, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre, support and mentor our educators whilst maintaining strong relsationships with our families.

About You

- Have excellent knowledge of the EYLF & current regulation and legislation

- Have excellent knowledge of and the ability to successfully fulfill every element of the National Quality Standards

- A natural, warm and enthusiastic leader ready to motivate a team of educators

- Ensure the centre maintains a safe and welcoming environment.

- Proven ability to build and nurture respectful and mutually-beneficial partnerships with parents and families and a genuine desire to maximise children’s love of learning

- Experienced in managing staff, administrative and compliance tasks

- Experienced in maintaining health and safety standards, and risk minimisation





Essential Skills & Requirements

- Ideally a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a senior leader in Early Childhood.

- Approved ECT qualification or currently working towards

- Thorough knowledge the early years learning framework (EYLF)

- Demonstrated leadership experience

- Current Working with Children Check

- Strong knowledge of chidl safe standards and child protection requirements.

- Experience in the Assesment and Rating process

- Current Child Protection Training

- Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills

- Energetic passionate and committed to work
